So theorizes Tim Craig, reporting on the DCPost's Virignia politics blog:
"I've had a lot of calls," said Hugo, who some Republicans believe would be their strongest candidate. "I need to talk to my wife. We'll see."
I should add my name to that list of those calling on Delegate Hugo to take the plunge and make a run. I'm worried what will happen to this seat if Gerry Connolly or Leslie Byrne win - this is our best chance to keep it. It will be very hard to defeat an incumbant Democrat here. Hugo brings credibility and an ability to unite the party around him. Most of all, he's proven over the last few years that he can win in Northern Virginia, and endure every dirty sloppy attack from the Dem Machine.
