Good City Council Wrap-Up

It seems the theme of "change" is being argued even in local races.  I'm not sure if I buy it totally for the fact that only long-time members - Scott Silverthorne and Gail Lyon - bowed out, so there was going to be change no matter what.  But I do buy in some ways, because of how well Stombres and Meyer performed, and that Drummond was able to sneak into the last slot of Winter.
