This continues the trend of Republican candidates taking control of the message, of seizing the issues, and of effectively explaining why they are running and what they will do when elected. Sen. Cuccinelli saw a problem, acted like a real legislator to fix it, reached across the aisle and fixed a real problem while his inept opponent bitched about it being a political stunt before kicking sand down to Richmond to vote for it.
