I'm not going to belabor the point or debate it anymore. Marshall said what he said, and apologized for it. That is that, its all you can ask. Over and over the voters of the 13th house district have been given the chance to elect someone else and they never do. I also appreciate Marshall attempting to bring up the issue of the damage an abortion can do to subsequent children, its a part of the pro-life cause that needs to be further studied.
What he said was offense, no way around it. But I won't enable faux-liberal outrage as long as they stay silent when Harry Reid said the recession is causing men to beat their wives. It is also true that Marshall has been a tireless advocate of life for all. I'm glad he apologized, its all you can ask for.
But now is not the time to abandon Marshall because the left will use this to try discredit all the incredible work Bob is doing for conservatism in the commonwealth, for federalism, and supporting keeping the federal government out of our health care.
