Pretty funny zinger from Bill Howell on Ward Armstrong, who has hinted at a statewide run. On the matter, I'm not sure how a delegate from a rural county can do much better than a senator from a rural county. I would love to see Armstrong run statewide, with no name recognition and now base to run from.
