HAHAHAHA.
I don't even care anymore, but just how some of the people out there will go insane over this. I like that you can even get a yard sign or bumper sticker. Hilarious.

I will indeed do that. I don't mind people getting fired up (obviously), but I won't stand for this kind of stuff.

Thank you.

If I was local gop, I would immediate call Chris a moron and an idiot 9his two favorite words). But since I'm not local gop, I'll just say, "you rock, Chris!"
Maybe someone should start a collection to buy local gop some fresh Pampers, I'm sure he soiled himself when he read your post.
Still lol .... reading Dan, VA Blogger, and local gop is just hilarious. Better than the funny pages.

unlike some people (fimian bloggers) i dont revert to personal attacks (like calling others insider sock puppets)...
Posted by: local gop | May 01, 2010 at 06:40 PM
Oh, what the hell. The Nationals game is over so I'll take a moment to respond to the post by Not local gop.
First, you engage in personal attacks. This is understandable as you have nothing constructive or positive to say. Which mirrors the negative campaign of your chosen candidate. And you do this immediately after claiming that local gop could be expected to do this. Even though he has never done this and you have done it repeatedly. What a hypocrite you are.
I know you are very busy regurgitating campaign talking points and so you can't devote much time to reading and comprehending what anyone else writes. But I am going to say this one more time in the hope that even someone of your obviously limited mental capacity might understand.
I am on your side you nitwit! The reason I take such a critical view of the clearly coordinated blog comments of you and your colleagues is that they are so stupid and juvenile that they make Fimian look even worse than his incompetent campaign is already doing. I want to see Fimian win the nomination! And fools like you are hurting Fimian!
Do you understand now? Fimian is way behind. His campaign has no coherent strategy to catch up except a mindlessly negative attempt to cause people to view Herrity as something that anyone who has more than six active brain cells can see he is not. And the idiots in the Fimian campaign actually think this is going to work!
Then there is this nonsense with you kids swarming every thread on every blog that discusses the 11th and posting the same stupid stuff that reads like it was written by a thirteen year old. If there was anyone with any damned sense in the Fimian campaign they would have long ago fired the dope who came up with this coordinated blog strategy. And his name should be publicized so no other Republican campaign will make the mistake of hiring the moron.
The Fimian campaign is one of the worst I have seen in many years. It is truly pathetic. In light of this it is hard to see any way that Fimian will possibly win this primary. And that really torques me off. Because a Fimian nomination would put this race in the "Safe Democratic" category. I think Connolly will win in any event, but Herrity will make it competitive. It will require more to hold it. With Fimian as the nominee it would be a walk in the park.
That is my problem with you you numbskull. You are hurting your boy Fimian. Not that his miserable campaign needs much help running the ship on the rocks. I am still hoping that you campaign blog idiots will shut up and that Fimian, even at this late date, will hire some competent folks to run his campaign. But I am losing hope on that. You seem determined to hand Herrity the nomination. Which makes the general election a bit more difficult.
Posted by: Dan | May 01, 2010 at 10:30 PM
Local gop doesn't engage in personal attacks, he just calls everyone who doesn't agree with him a moron and an idiot.
Posted by: Not local gop | May 01, 2010 at 11:31 PM
And how about that Dan? He doesn't engage in personal attacks. He just calls everyone who doesn't agree with him a nitwit or a numbskull.
Posted by: Not Dan | May 01, 2010 at 11:39 PM
Thanks to Not Dan for exposing Dan as a personal attack artist. He does this all over the blogosphere along with local gop and others.
Just from one post on the this thread, Dan lets loose some real zingers. Take a look for yourself:
"What a hypocrite you are.....your obviously limited mental capacity ... you nitwit!...you and your colleagues is that they are so stupid and juvenile ...fools like you ....the idiots in the Fimian campaign ...would have long ago fired the dope ....the mistake of hiring the moron.....problem with you you numbskull.....hoping that you campaign blog idiots will shut up...."
After witnessing these negative personal attacks by Dan, I'll certainly not vote for Herrity.
Posted by: Priscilla Posey | May 02, 2010 at 11:11 AM
Did you see the email Herrity sent out last week Dan? It sounded like it was written by an angry child....probably Pat himself.
Herrity continues to say he is winning the fundraising battle...despite the fact he face a 400k deficit.
Herrity said Keith has been attacking his family. What?
Herrity's said he never raised taxes. Challenging him on that is completely fair.
Herrity's campaign is run by Busch league clowns used to running school board and supervisors races. They think yard signs will win the election.

This thread demonstrates the high probability that the 11th will remain Democratic. Thanks guys.
And Priscilla, I bet your buddies in the adjacent cubicles there at Fimian headquarters thought that last comment of yours was really top notch. It is so believable that your vote would be influenced by anything I write.
Do you not understand that by saying that you would not vote for Herrity you are saying you will vote the way I want you to vote? How dense are you anyway?
I WANT YOU TO VOTE FOR FIMIAN! I WANT FIMIAN TO WIN THIS PRIMARY! WE ARE ON THE SAME SIDE!
Obviously, my reasons for rooting for Fimian in the primary are different from yours. But I assure you, my desire to see Fimian win the primary is just as strong as yours. Probably stronger.
Instead of defending Fimian's abysmal campaign why don't you lobby the guy to make some much needed changes. That might help both of us.
Posted by: Dan | May 02, 2010 at 07:37 PM
like anyone would take anything someone with a "handle/moniker" Priscilla Posey would say seriously after doing a yahoo search.... No porn names please. Let's keep it classy ladies and gentlemen.

Dan,
Chris is right. You're incoherent. How many sides are there? Go ask Alice.
Posted by: Priscilla P | May 03, 2010 at 12:53 AM
Priscilla, so recognizing that Fimian is running a miserable campaign that is long on negativity and short on anything affirmative is incoherent? It is an accurate observation.
What you may want to consider is that you may be delusional. You look at Fimian and see a strong candidate running a solid campaign. That just ain't so.
You have every right to love the guy and work for him and root for him to win. That doesn't make him a good candidate. He has proven he isn't. And he is ultimately responsible for the sorry state of his campaign. That can't be laid off on staff. The boss sets the tone and also needs to be able to see when personnel changes need to be made and to make them. Fimian isn't doing that.
How many sides are there? Is it so difficult for you to understand that I would be on your side until the primary? Fimian is the weakest possible Republican candidate. Hence my desire to see him win the primary. And my frustration that his campaign appears to be far too incompetent to pull that off.
Posted by: Dan | May 03, 2010 at 08:28 AM
Dan,
There you go again. So, you're really a Connolly backer who wants Fimian to win the primary because he's the weakest candidate?
Some people might find that to be a cute strategy. Kind of a counter-intuitive reverse of "the friend of my friend is my enemy" strategy?
I guess this is why psychologists make so much money, trying to understand this type of nonsense. Or, are you just so clever that only Dan can understand you?
Well, you certainly do provide comic relief.
Posted by: Priscilla | May 03, 2010 at 07:58 PM
"So, you're really a Connolly backer who wants Fimian to win the primary because he's the weakest candidate?"
Priscilla, forgive me for saying this, but you are extremely slow. I have been saying that in virtually every comment I have made here on this subject. I have not made it a secret. You are just now figuring out what has been plainly stated numerous times?
There is nothing new about partisans of either party hoping the opposition will nominate the weakest possible general election candidate. It is hardly shocking and unusual.
As a partisan Democrat it shouldn't surprise you that I would hope to see Fimian win the primary. There is nothing particularly clever or difficult to understand about that. And there is nothing counter-intuitive about it. The objective evidence seems to support it pretty clearly. Democratic success in the 11th is best served by Fimian winning the GOP nomination.
I sincerely wish you good luck.
Posted by: Dan | May 03, 2010 at 09:22 PM
So, now that Dan has thoroughly "outed" himself on the record as Connolly clown, let's move on to local gop and VA Blogger. Connolly clowns, or Herrity hitmen?
Posted by: Priscilla | May 04, 2010 at 07:44 AM
priscilla,
i have already made known that i support herrity....a little slow with me too, and so did va blogger.
you're clearly with fimian, because you're asserting wacky blog conspiracy theories of paid bloggers that troll the internet all day. sad really.
Posted by: local gop | May 04, 2010 at 09:03 AM
Priscilla, you are certainly working for the right campaign. Your cluelessness is breathtaking.
If by "outing" myself you mean having stated clearly from my very first comment that I am a Democrat who hopes an incompetent like Fimian wins the primary in order to increase the likelihood of the seat remaining in Democratic hands I suppose you are correct. But "outing" is a term that is generally used to describe something that was previously concealed. I have been crystal clear about who I am and why I am hoping that Fimian gets the GOP nomination. As well as my disappointment that the Fimian folks seem to be doing their best to lose.
It is laughable that you attempt to lump VA Blogger and local gop with me. They clearly want to see a Republican victory in the 11th in November and that is one of the reasons they support Herrity for the nomination. If they wanted Connolly to win the general election they would be supporting Fimian in the primary. Because a Fimian nomination is the best thing that could possibly happen to Connolly.
Now could you all please encourage the Fimian campaign to get its head out of its hindquarters and start doing at least a marginally competent job of running a campaign? I am counting on you. And you haven't shown much to encourage me to date.
Posted by: Dan | May 04, 2010 at 10:06 AM
Dan,
I don't think YOU get it. Priscilla obviously doesn't work for a campaign. I think she just enjoys setting the hook and reeling you in. Kind of like watching a sport fisherman cast the bait. You always bite. And you can always be counted upon to say something really bizarre. You've become cheap entertainment.
Posted by: Charlene P | May 04, 2010 at 11:08 PM
Charlene, do you and Priscilla share adjacent cubicles? Oops! Sorry. I forgot it is supposed to be a secret that you all coordinate your comments.
See, this is what I am talking about. The amazing lameness of the Fimian campaign. But you won't get it will you. You seem to be impervious to constructive criticism. Pointing out the ineffectiveness of an exclusively negative campaign that seems petty and juvenile (not to mention plays fast and loose with facts) has fallen on deaf ears. The geniuses who are driving the Fimian bus seem determined to drive it off the cliff.
I don't understand what you consider to be bizarre about my comments. I simply said that I want to see the seat remain Democratic so I am rooting for the weaker possible Republican to win the nomination. And the weaker Republican in the general election is Fimian.
Seems like a pretty straight forward comment to me. Hardly complex. Certainly not bizarre.
Perhaps the problem is with your assessment of the likelihood of success of your candidate and the quality of his campaign. Sometimes when you are very close to a situation it is difficult to assess it objectively. You are not alone. Clearly no one in the Fimian campaign is capable of doing much in the way of objective self assessment. Otherwise they would make changes that would increase their chances of success. It appears they are convinced of their own brilliance since they keep driving toward that cliff. Which isn't good. As I say, I am rooting for you.
Posted by: Dan | May 05, 2010 at 08:06 AM
That's our boy Dan. Wind him up and and he poops all over himself with more paranoid nonsense. Everyone is rooting for you, too, Dan.
Posted by: Jack Sharpe | May 05, 2010 at 06:19 PM
Jack, it would sure be a refreshing change to have you Fimian kids say something that made sense. Please explain how what I said is paranoid.
If there was a Republican incumbent and two Democrats were competing to run against him I am pretty sure you would be rooting for the Democrat who was the weaker general election opponent to win the nomination. In order to increase the odds of the Republican holding the seat. That would make perfect sense.
Why, when the shoe is on the other foot, is it so difficult for you to understand that a Democrat would hope for the same outcome. The primary victory for the weaker Republican in the general election.
I assure you I am not unique in this regard. There are plenty of Democrats in the 11th who are pulling for your boy Keith to win the primary. If Fimian wins the primary our celebration will be just as enthusiastic as yours. Maybe more.
Posted by: Dan | May 05, 2010 at 07:51 PM
Dan,
I wasn't thinking about the primary. I was thinking about Obamacare, and wondering if it might cover some therapy to help you get your game together. That's what what I'm rooting for.
Posted by: Jack Sharpe | May 05, 2010 at 11:20 PM
Jack, I think I understand the nature of your comments. I make a completely non-controversial statement that, in order to increase the odds of the Democrats holding the 11th CD seat, I hope Fimian wins the GOP primary because he would be the weaker general election opponent for Connolly to face. You disagree. Or at least it conflicts with your desire to see Fimian win even if you know on some level that he is not an ideal fit for a district like the 11th.
Rather than offer any evidence to support the notion that Fimian would be the stronger Republican in the general election you attack those who contend that the opposite is true. Are you really at that much of a loss to make the case for your guy?
This is exactly what I have been talking about that Fimian supporters seem so adamant about refusing to even consider. The campaign is nothing but negative. No affirmative message to the bulk of voters. Just all negative all the time and red meat to the true believers who were in camp already and are predisposed to believe whatever nonsense the campaign disseminates. Stuff that doesn't score with the voters needed to win either the primary or the general election.
And you extend that negativity even into discussions of electability. You go on the attack rather than even attempt to make the case that I am wrong and that Fimian is more electable than Herrity.
You betray a staggering lack of confidence in your candidate.
Posted by: Dan | May 06, 2010 at 07:13 AM
Dan,
This discussion is not about Herrity or Fimian. It's about you. You're a self-described Connolly operative squatting on a conservative site.
You're a sick puppy. Take your meds.
