If you've never seen the movie "Thank You for Smoking," you really should. It's definitely laugh out loud funny!
Personally, I plan to start smoking for my 100th birthday.

You are right! Children's health care is overrated and should not affect the pocketbook of someone knowingly destroying their own health by smoking cigarettes. Plus, it would likely have a negative financial impact on cigarette companies.
It's better to thin the herd now. Cigarette profits will be better off in the long run.
