Not Harry F. Byrd

Given the trend of the 24th, Hanger is indeed potentially vulnerable. He doesn't seem to be that worried about it but as Cantor showed these things can come up out of nowhere.

I'm most concerned with Watkins. Not that his record is wonderful but his seat was perhaps most hurt in redistricting on a numbers basis - he now has more of Richmond City. As long as he's there he's probably safe, but if he were to be ousted, Democrats could potentially pick it up. I don't think it's that surprising that it was his amendment that was the vehicle for "re-redistricting" a year back.

The Martin challenge is bizarre. Unless she's planning on running to Martin's left I don't see what the point is. You really can't get to his right. Which makes it a personality contest and I'm not aware of a large amount of dissatisfaction with him.
